We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and on time. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below:
🚚 Order Processing Time
- All our products are handmade and made to order.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
- During festive seasons or sales, processing times may be extended slightly.
📍 Shipping Locations
We ship across India and most of the major countries in the world in Asia, Europe, Australia, Africa and USA.
📦 Shipping Methods & Charges
- We offer standard shipping via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, XpressBees, India Post, DHL, DTDC, Blue Dart etc.).
- Free shipping all over India.
- Shipping charged at actuals for outside India customers
- Shipping charges for outside India customers are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
🕒 Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–6 business days from dispatch.
- Non-metro areas: 5–10 business days from dispatch.
- You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

📮 Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or natural disruptions (weather, strikes, etc.).
📦 Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing videos and any additional photos on below mentioned phone number or email address.
- We will evaluate the issue and offer a refund, (adjusting the shipping charges) as applicable.
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must start before opening the package and show the product clearly. This helps us resolve your issue faster and keeps things fair for everyone.
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing or messaging our support team.
- Requests made after 24 hours or without proper video proof will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
