At Craft Delights, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products and want you to love what you receive. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it better.

🛍 Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day Return and Refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • It must have all tags/labels intact and be sent back in original packaging

  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

🔁 Free Exchanges

  • Size issues or wrong item delivered? We’ll exchange it free of cost.

  • You must inform us within 3 days of delivery and ship the product within 7 days

  • Exchange is applicable once per order

  • A second exchange, if approved, will incur a charge of ₹150

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Product is defective or damaged

  • A complete unpacking video or clear photographs must be shared as proof

  • Refunds are not issued for:

    • Minor colour/design variations

    • Size issues (only exchange allowed)

    • Damages caused while opening the product

  • In rare exceptions, if a return is accepted for reasons other than defect, a ₹100 deduction will be made for reverse logistics

🗑 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order — free of charge

  • After 6 hours but before dispatch, ₹150 cancellation fee applies

  • If the order is shipped and rejected at delivery, ₹100 will be deducted

  • Refunds are processed via UPI, GPay, or bank transfer within 4–5 working days

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Do not accept packages that are visibly damaged

  • Used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Orders made during sales or offers are not eligible for refunds

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if it doesn’t meet our policy terms
